A Warm Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving decor and the table setting will set the mood for your guests. The best table settings aren't always the most elaborate or "fussy". Start with a concept like natural elements as your inspiration and use neutral linens and white plates as well as fallen branches and leaves as table decorations.

I love the touches of autumn shown here... the chunky pillar candles, leaves, gourds, and berries on a wooden plank in the center of the table. Very casual and elegant. Notice the thoughtful linen napkins wrapped in ribbon and leaves to make each guest feel special.
These white pumpkin lily florals are gorgeous and would be a welcomed statement at any dinner party.
A simple idea for a centerpiece would be to line the center of your table with tall vases to add a little drama and height in a slender way. The addition of cattails with nuts adds warm earthy tones.
Another natural, but eclectic arrangement shown here with the use of pheasent feathers, ornamental grasses, berries and birdseed is a budget friendly option.
Pottery barn always has great inspiration for classy seasonal decor. The use of various textures of pumpkins shown here like the rustic, woven and mercury glass paired with the glowing candles is a definite win.
Adding fall to your home decor can be simple additions of natural elements, working with decor you already own.
I love the idea of gratitude or thankful trees you may have seen floating around. Simply gather some branches and leave raw for a more natural look, or add a little metallic spray paint. Have your guests adorn with thoughts of thanks using silk leaves or paper ornaments. We truely have so much to be thankful for. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your friends and family and those you love!

Spring and Weddings just go together...

It was a lot of fun helping working with Kayli and Jeffrey, to help make their wishes and dreams of their wedding a reality. They were on a limited budget, (what young couple isn't?) but still wanted something beautiful for their special day. The combination of chartreuse, malibu blue and peacock feathers was fun and unique, yet elegant and memorable.
